Email or Text Customers


1. change emailReceipt to Y in advanced set up

2. In customer screen, make sure the email is entered

3. Click on the cellphone icon on the customer screen, enter the 10 digit phone number and select the cell phone service provider

4. Set up the email server (see instructions for email server)

5. Go to Today's Orders, find the order

6. Click on Email/Text Button

7.  Send the Text or Email
